Mask Bloc DC distributes free, high-quality respirators in the DC metro area. When we have rapid COVID test stock, we also distribute these. |
| WHAT MASKS DO YOU HAVE?
Check our inventory list for more detailed information on brands and models we carry. Our request form allows you to pick mask style preferences from the mask stock we currently have. |
| CAN I REQUEST A SPECIFIC BRAND OR MODEL?
We'll do our best to honor your requests, but please understand we may not be able to accommodate them due to stock/location limitations. If you have specific needs, please submit early and be flexible! |
| WHAT MASKS WILL I GET?
Our request form allows you to pick mask style preferences from the mask stock we currently have. Any mask you get will be a vetted, high-quality respirator! |
| I'M NOT IN DC. CAN I STILL GET MASKS?
Our request form shows our current service area, including DC and the suburbs. If you’re located outside of these areas but can meet in our service area, we are happy to get masks to you. |
| DO YOU SHIP?
We don’t currently ship masks or tests. Mask Bloc DC offers drop-off or pick up within our service radius, which can be found on our request form or our service area map. |
| WHY ARE THERE TWO FORMS?
Mask Bloc DC prioritizes distributing to households and individuals. We have a separate form for events so that we can better understand your timeline, needs, and event size. |
| HOW DOES THE FORM WORK?
When you fill out the form, give us as much information as possible! The form collects your contact information, location, and needs. Your request will then go to a Mask Bloc DC member, who will reach out to you. |
| I SUBMITTED A REQUEST! NOW WHAT?
We will reach out to you to schedule a drop-off or pick up. It may take Mask Bloc DC up to a week to reach out to you after you submit a request. Please plan accordingly! |
| DO YOU TAKE DONATIONS?
Mask Bloc DC doesn’t currently take cash donations, but we are happy to take donations of unexpired masks or tests! If you’re interested in donating cash, keep an eye on our social media for boosted fundraisers from the community, other blocs, and mask auctions. |
